Terms of Service
Welcome to Starview Menu (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your use of our website and services that allow restaurant owners to publish and manage their menus online (the “Service”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this Service.
2. Description of Service
We provide a platform that allows restaurants to create and host digital menus. Accounts include:
- Free access for up to 60 days or 500 unique menu views (whichever occurs first).
- Paid access through daily, monthly, or annual subscription plans managed via Stripe.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Billing
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- No pro-rated or partial refunds are offered.
- You can cancel anytime; service remains active until the end of your billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access unauthorized areas, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform code and design are owned by us. You retain ownership of your restaurant content but grant us a limited license to host and display it as part of providing the Service.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. No refunds are provided upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved in Hartford, CT.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
1. Data We Collect
- Google OAuth: When you sign in, we receive your name, email, and Google ID. We never access your password.
- Payments: Stripe collects and processes your payment details securely. We do not store credit card data.
- Usage Data: We collect basic technical data (IP, browser type, pages viewed) to maintain the Service.
2. How We Use Data
We use your information only to operate and improve the Service, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
3. Sharing
We share limited information only with essential providers (Google, Stripe, and our web host). We may disclose data only when required by law.
4. Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, we remove your data from active systems within a reasonable period.
5. Security
We use HTTPS encryption and secure integrations with Stripe and Google. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
6. Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data anytime by managing your account or contacting support.
7. Children
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. Continued use of the Service means you accept any changes.
